CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are allowed to reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the client fails to cancel or make changes at least 24 hours in advance, or does not show up, the appointment will be automatically canceled. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and the full price of the service will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time and the time of other clients.
